Meet Hand and Wrist Pain Specialists, J. Alan Lemley, M.D.

Dr. Alan Lemley, wrist and hand pain specialist, is a founding member of the SOS Hand + Wrist Center. After graduating from Dartmouth College in 1999, Lemley earned his medical degree with honors at Upstate Medical University. His surgical internship and wrist and hand pain residency began in 2003 at the West Virginia University Department of Orthopaedics where he had the distinction of being named Resident Teacher of the Year in 2008. In addition to his daily case load at Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists, Dr. Lemley is a Hand and Upper Extremity Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
